The closing meeting of the Lean Operation Management System Project (Phase I) of Dijia Pharmaceutical Group was held.

At the closing meeting, production director Jiang Lei reported the results of the project training. After more than 7 months of training and guidance, the lean training team has completed 125 teaching materials and 227 supporting examination questions. 112 kinds of posts have been divided. Training and certification of 117 employees and 420 person-times have been completed. In the process of project promotion, all systems and departments actively cooperated, learned and used scientific management thinking to self-examine, self-correct, summarize, and jointly completed the above work. Through this project, for the establishment of Degas production staff job training system to lay a solid foundation.

In the meeting, trainer Ding Hao showed the training materials. The newly compiled teaching materials adopt a unified PPT format, which clearly and vividly shows the theories and operations that should be known and understood in post work. During the exhibition process, the trainers were well-organized, clear-thinking, and full of energy, showing the level and quality that the trainers should have after systematic training, and were encouraged and recognized by the leaders present.

Trainer Wu Yunfei shared his experience in participating in the project at the meeting. The Dijia Lean Operation Management System project is a systematic and complex project. Everything is difficult at the beginning. The training team also had a confused, anxious, and impatient mental journey in the process of project advancement. The training team has withstood the test, completed the task, and demonstrated the spirit of perseverance and hard struggle of the Disha people. Despite the hard work of thousands of people, the trainers will become a powerful driving force for Dijia's lean operation and management.

Teacher Jiang Ying, Director of Premium Consulting and Training, commented on the project. From the perspective of the whole management system, Mr. Jiang Ying recognized the achievements of the project and put forward opinions and suggestions for the future development of the project. The results of this project are certainly gratifying, but the future implementation and promotion of the project will be the focus of the project. At the meeting, Mr. Jiang Ying shared the SWOT analysis of Dijia Pharmaceutical's lean operation, which provided an effective reference for the next step of the project.
