Degas Group Held Emergency Practice Exercise for Hazardous Chemicals Production Safety Accidents

The exercise was jointly organized by the people's Government of Wendeng District of Weihai City and Dijia Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. Comrade Liu Xinwei, deputy head of Wendeng District, served as the commander-in-chief of the exercise, Comrade Shao Yang, director of the Emergency Management Bureau, served as the deputy commander-in-chief of the company, Comrade Wang Danqi, general manager of Dijia Group, and Comrade Jiang Lei, safety director, served as the deputy commander of the company.
This emergency drill is a comprehensive drill with the cooperation of multiple departments. The main person in charge of each member unit of the District Safety Committee, the mayor of each town, the director of each office, the person in charge of the development zone, the director of the Jinshan Management Committee, the director of the town office/park safety supervision office, and the production of hazardous chemicals in Wendeng District, Weihai City The main person in charge of enterprises and key hazardous chemical business enterprises was invited to observe this drill.
The purpose of this exercise is to comprehensively improve the construction of the emergency rescue system in Wendeng District, improve the scientificity and effectiveness of the emergency rescue plan for production safety accidents, and improve the emergency rescue and response capabilities of various departments at all levels. The drill procedure is a combination of enterprise self-help and social rescue. In order to make the drill procedure coherent, real and comprehensive, and better test the quality of emergency plans and emergency teams, the drill was conducted by simulating the actual combat drill at the scene of the accident.
The accident scenario is set as follows: when the operators in the tank farm are poisoned and fall to the ground during the abnormal pipeline pressure investigation, the personnel on duty find the accident through the alarm and report it to the company leaders step by step. The personnel at all levels of the company start corresponding plans to transfer and rescue the poisoned personnel, block and dispose the leakage point. When a fire occurs in the process of disposal, the social rescue team intervenes, and each member unit of the safety committee takes measures to control and rescue the accident, finally successfully eliminate the accident, and take measures to prevent secondary disasters.
In the self-rescue part of the enterprise, the emergency rescue team composed of the heads of various departments of the Degas Group and the front-line operators of the post performed calmly, the process was coherent, the use of emergency rescue equipment was skilled and standardized, and the rescue and disposal measures were appropriate, showing a high level The ability of emergency rescue, rescue, and disaster prevention was highly praised by the observers.
