Dijia Pharmaceutical Group Lean Operations Management System Project (Phase I)
On November 2, Dijia Pharmaceutical Group held a kick-off meeting of "Lean Operation Management System Project (Phase I)". The launch of the lean operation management system project is to continue to further promote the lean transformation of the production operation management system on the basis of the continuous optimization of the operation management system and the significant improvement of production site management and production efficiency. The key work is to further standardize the business process in combination with the optimization and upgrading of the production system, open up the links of market management, product research and development, procurement and supply, production and manufacturing and customer service, and break down the functional boundaries, so that customer needs can be responded to in an integrated way within the company, improve the level of production management, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
