Dijia Pharmaceutical Group Lean Operation Management System Project (Phase II) Launching Conference Held
On August 5, 2021, Degas Pharmaceutical Group held the "Lean Operations Management System Project (Phase II)" kick-off meeting, Degas Pharmaceutical Group General Manager Wang Danqi, Production Director Jiang Lei, Director of Premium Consulting Yang Yu attended the meeting, Degas General Manager Wang Danqi delivered a project closing speech.
At the kick-off meeting, production director Jiang Lei introduced the background, objectives and organizational structure of the second phase of the project. After more than 7 months of training and guidance for the first phase of the project, the on-the-job training system for Dijia production staff has been established; the second phase of the project should improve the management level of the workshop and achieve the project goals of visualization, standardization and standardization. The second phase of the project should establish a team leader training system, improve the ability of managers, improve workshop management tools, and complete the standardization of workshop management.
