Degas Group Volatile Organic Waste Gas Process Control Renovation Project (Phase II) Passes Safety Facility Design Review

On July 21, Weihai Emergency Management Bureau organized a special review meeting on safety conditions pre-evaluation and safety facilities design of the volatile organic waste gas process control and transformation project (Phase II) of Dejia Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. The meeting invited a number of experts to form a review expert group. Representatives of Weihai Wendeng District Emergency Management Bureau, Wendeng Chemical Industrial Park Development Center, Dijia Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and related evaluation units, design units and other units attended the review meeting.

The participants listened to the introduction of the project by Degas Group, the introduction of the evaluation report of the evaluation unit on the safety conditions and the introduction of the design unit on the design of safety facilities. After reviewing the materials, the preliminary examination and review discussion by the expert group, they agreed that, the "Application for Design Review of Safety Facilities for Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects", "Safety Evaluation Report", "Special Chapter on Safety Facilities Design", qualifications of evaluation units, design units and submitted documents and materials are complete, in line with relevant national, provincial and municipal regulations, and can meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and documents such as "Regulations on Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals" and "Measures for Safety Supervision and Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects, make a decision to pass the review.
Degas Group's volatile organic waste gas process control renovation project was completed in two phases with a total investment of 26 million yuan. Among them, the second phase of construction includes 14 vertical fixed roof storage tanks and 10 liquid feeding pumps. It is an important part of several environmental protection systems of Degas Group. When completed, it will greatly improve the treatment capacity and efficiency of volatile organic waste gas.
