Technical requirements: 1. 304 stainless steel vertical pure water storage tank, effective volume 5000L, closed head structure, thickness of more than 5mm, electropolishing and passivation treatment of the inner wall of the tank body, polishing degree Ra<0.6um, outer wall hair line polishing. Tank accessories include: sanitary manhole, electric heating respirator, spray ball, liquid level sensor, 304 stainless steel ladder, all nozzle quick clip connections 2. The storage tank is equipped with one Dongzheng or Yuanan centrifugal water pump with a flow rate of 20 m/h and a lift of more than 40 meters. The storage tank is equipped with necessary 304 sanitary pipelines, valves and instruments to connect the water pump to realize low-frequency self-circulation of the water pump and external frequency conversion constant pressure water supply (1 meter behind the soft connection from the external supply pipeline to the pump outlet, check valve and hand valve) 3. The storage tank is equipped with one local frequency conversion constant pressure water supply control box, which can realize pump stop at low and low liquid level, water supplement at low liquid level (connected with the original pure water supply pipeline and equipped with sanitary pneumatic diaphragm valve), water supplement at high liquid level, constant pressure external water supply and low frequency self-circulation function.
