Technical requirements: 1.2 sets of 100m vertical cone-top storage tanks are designed and manufactured according to the safety technical specification for AQ3053-2015 vertical cylindrical welded steel storage tanks. the main storage solvents are ethanol and ethyl acetate wastewater, with a service pressure of less than 0.1MPa, a service temperature of -15 ℃-50 ℃, and a service life of 10 years. 2. The storage tank is designed to be vertical, single-layer, with upper conical head, lower flat cover, upper head welded to the cylinder, and the interface is GB20592 standard RF flange: D = 4.2m,H = 7.5m, main body thickness δ = 10mm, upper head δ = 8mm, lower flat cover δ = 12mm, and effective charging above 100m (charging coefficient 0.95) 3. The storage tank is made of Q235 plate as a whole. The welding methods and materials are required to be carried out according to NB/T47015-2011 pressure vessel welding procedures. The welding records shall be included in the product quality certification documents and shall be subject to irregular on-site inspection by Party A. It is required that the weld on the surface of the storage tank should be flush, and there should be no welding slag, welding bead and burr. All kinds of fillet weld joints shall be ground with rounded corners of not less than 5mm. After passing the inspection, the outer surface of the equipment shall be derusted, and 3 coats of epoxy anticorrosive paint, 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of topcoat shall be applied. 4. Pipe orifice: the storage tank shall be provided with sufficient pipe orifices. The top pipe orifice: DN150 circulation port (inserted 200mm from the bottom, vacuum breaking),DN100 * 3 (exhaust, tail gas, safety valve),DN100 * 2 (standby), nitrogen/pressure port DN50 * 2, DN500 pressure relief manhole, side wall: 4 DN80 level gauge ports, M27 * 2 1 thermowell, 2 lower inlet and outlet ports DN150, 1 DN50 drain port, DN500 maintenance manhole, etc. 5. Accessories: equipped with pressure relief manhole (take-off pressure 1800pa), thermowell, manhole cover, spiral ladder, top operating platform guardrail, skirt, lifting lug and other basic accessories. 6. The transportation time of the equipment is included in the supply cycle, that is, the supply cycle referred to by Party A refers to the time of arrival at the place designated by Party A, and Party B is responsible for the transportation and bears the transportation costs. 7. Matters not covered shall be accepted on the basis of national compulsory standards such as safety technical specifications for vertical cylindrical steel welded storage tanks on the site of the owner and the AQ3053-2015.
