1. Project (Material) Name: Hazardous Waste Disposal Project
2. Place of demand: Degas Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
3. Demand Overview:(1) The hazardous waste business license meets the requirements of the following hazardous waste codes (900-401-06, 271-002-02, 900-402-06). (2) The enterprise belongs to the enterprise that produces more than 50 tons of waste, except for the collection enterprise that does not meet the requirements.
4. Quality requirements: 1. Notify 3 days in advance to meet the requirements of car dispatch and transfer. 2. The disposal unit is the waste mother liquor utilization unit and meets the waste mother liquor utilization requirements.
5. Time limit requirements: 2024.02.23-2025.02.23
6. Other Requirements: None
2. Supplier Qualification Requirements
1. A valid business license shall be provided for a legal person or other organization registered in the People's Republic of China.
2, must have the ability to independently bear civil liability.
3, must have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, and can issue special VAT invoices.
4. It must have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law within 3 years, and there is no record of major violations in business activities.
5, must have the necessary equipment and professional and technical capabilities to perform the project. Relevant supporting materials (including but not limited to professional qualifications, past successful cases and contracts) shall be provided.
6. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
7, the validity of the hazardous waste business license, and meet the waste mother liquid utilization requirements.
